The Oilers System is simply sub-par and cannot be fixed.Moving on ,instead of working on what was required to expedite the Maturity process the Oilers PR Department told the Players to give the word MATURE lipservice in every single Pre/Post game interview they did…then after throwing that smoke at us all Season long they hired some Snake Oil salesman named Mumford to teach them all how to speak in sedated monotones and how to abandon Team thinking and seek their Individual Inner Excellence, so you reap what you sow…the Oilers need to get grounded in reality.
