Not worth more than those flops that’s for sure

Worth? Safe guess would be around $150-200 but you’ll probably see similar ones posted for closer to $300-350.

What did you pay for it? That’s the current market

If the size is smaller not that much, sizes 52-56 probably around 300+, maybe it’s just the picture but numbers on back look on smaller side.

Man I would keep that if I were you. You’ll be glad you did

This is a question for r/hockeyjerseys. Not only will they tell you the resale value right away, but they’ll also give you lots of info about why the resale value is what it is (stuff like when this was made, where it was made, what quality the material is, what type of stitching is used, etc.)

  8. Yeah that’s a keeper. Looks like it has the fight strap and everything. Awesome jersey.

Brother, keep the sweater off the floor!

Jersey itself looks like a mid-90s home retail-market “authentic” (Gretzky of course wore the double-CCM because he tucked the right side of the hem into his pants, but this was never produced for the retail market). I see fight strap, elbow gusset reinforcements, and the era-authentic Bluenote with the vinyl-like yellow layer of the crest (later they just made this three twill layers).

Gretzky namebar also looks good to me, but the numbers are all undersized, don’t use the vinyl yellow layer, and the arm numerals should be “thinner” and much closer to the red angular “staff,” so that all tells me this is an aftermarket custom job of an authentic jersey, probably done many years after Gretzky came and went.

Not sure about value. Depends on how much the buyer cares about all the details being “authentic” to the Gretzky era, but if you ask me this is better than a Mitchell & Ness retread.

  11. if you’re looking to sell I’m looking to buy. dm me if interested.

  12. A shitload if he doesn’t turn the puck over to Yzermann and we go on to win the Cup in ‘96.

  13. Like everything, it’s worth what someone is willing to pay. In this case, not much so I hope you’re a blues fan

  14. If that is yellow vinly around those numbers. I’ll give you $400 for that jersey. It’s an authentic on ice version. Was sold in stores. Equivalent to today’s “adidas”. Only if that’s vinyl around the numbers. Looks to be pretty clean. Market is $300-$500 if you can send me better photos.
