  1. I've Been saying since game 4 the oilers were going to lose. And I've been wrong every time so lets say they lose game 6 cause i want this to go to 7

  2. You forgot to mention that on that mcdavid rush to slot pass perey play, mcdavid was absolutely gassed after being out on the ice the entire powerplay already

  3. Oilers are making NHL history by being the second team to win the Stanley cup after losing the first three games in the final.

  4. Win one more game Oilers, for Paul Coffey, the oil workers and fans. I believe. Win the first face-off, Hyman rip the first goal. Chance to make history.

  5. The Oilers are so inspiring. Knobbers is the smartest coach. His players do not fear his wrath. I love them. I will be sad when this is over, but I am getting tickets next season to the Oilers game!

  6. If the Oilers win the Cup, 2024 McDavid will need to recognized as one of the greatest individual playoff performances in North American team sports history. He's pulling a Lebron in a sport that is not at all conducive to "Lebronning" the playoffs. In my mind, the Conn Smythe shouldn't even be a debate at this point.

There's not another person on this planet that could replace McDavid on this Oilers team and have this level of success. Not Kucherov, MacKinnon, not Hedman, or Makar. Hell, maybe not even 66 or 99.

  7. Great review as always.

I think on McDavid's goal, Foegle was trying to put an area pass to Ekholm. You can see Eckolm (#14) wide open at the right edge of the frame at 4:21. Had McDavid not grabbed the puck at that weird angle (super impressive puck control!), it would've ended up in the right spot for Eckolm to make a play.
