The winning Streak is great but please STOP TALKING ABOUT PLAYOFF POSIBILITIES IN JUNE. Starting sept. 1 absolutely but this is ridiculous in june. They can go on a couple of losing streaks and winning streaks again before september first so it's so irrelevant. Talking about the success Metz. R. having now is great.But projecting we are just half came out of the playoffs in june is just ridiculous . But other than that, everything's great.

Been a fan since '63 and the one consistent thing I can swear by with these NY Metropolitans….When you are lined up expecting big things from them, they will invariably fail. Inversely, when you feel like throwing your arms up in disgust and are ready to quit on them, that is exactly when they get explosively hot!
Maybe Vientos is figuring out MLB pitching. Baty was hot at first and then permanently cooled down so let's see.
Severino is so hit or miss. 6 ERs says he sucks. If they can get something good for him at the deadline, good riddance.
Alvarez has something to do with their recent winning. Maybe their confidence is up on the hitting side with him in the lineup. Too bad Ronny Mauricio isn't coming back soon.
