    This is a funny year to move up. #4, #6, #7, and #11 are all reportedly on the market.

    With the volatility of the top 15, we could trade up just to get a guy who would have been available at 12.

    I’m a little confused by the Hart question & answer. Do we *have* to extend an offer? I thought we never have to with RFAs.
