I love Vinny, but he has looked completely out of his depth as the skill level increased farther and farther into the playoffs. Its possible that his play could get better over the next few years and a long term would make sense.. but a 2 year bridge deal would be the safe way to go for the oilers. Especially after whats transpired with Nurse's development (or lack thereof). If hes firm on a long term, unfortunetly thats not a risk id be willing to take, he has been competeley ineffective last 2.5 rounds here. He would look amazing in a Utah HC jersey.
