If we don’t trade the pick (and assuming we don’t make a major move up for a guy like Ivan Demidov), give me one of Zeev Buium, Tij Iginla, Konsta Helenius, Zayne Parekh, or Cole Eiserman. I’m warming up to the idea of Berkly Catton.
I’m also not an expert, so I’ll probably just learn to love whatever prospect they take. Issue with most of the dmen in this draft after Buium is that they are pure offense. Their skills on the PP are a huge part of why they’re so high, and it’s unlikely any of them would get a big opportunity in Buffalo to play on the PP.
