Mcdavid toom a quick peek to see perry on the far side. Perry knew to break for the net bevauee mcdavid would draw all the arrention. I love how on the pass across mcdavid pulls his stick in tight to avoid hitting the goalie.
The best part about this play and for it to work, was Perry and Draisaitl up against the Oilers bench, blending in so the defenders didn't see them. That's why they all went to McDavid. Had to watch it a few times to catch on. It was probably the most creative play I've ever seen.
