These are men, not kids, they don't need a coach to 'scream and yell' at them, or (see Ken Hitchcock or Mike Babcock) make them into a player they are not. These 'men' know what to do, they know if they are playing poorly or playing great. All they need is a system to play in, and then a bit of guidance , that's it.
