Edit: I guess thumb surgery. Was it confirmed he broke his thumb?

This goal kinda fascinates me, there’s just so much going on. There’s the thumb injury return, it’s a Cup Finals OT winner, there’s the whole “too many men” situation, no one knew where the puck went for a moment, and all that aside it was a highlight-worthy goal in its own right

Hindsight. Losing Naz cost us tremendously. I knew it would but the ripples have turned into bastards

One of my fav goals ever. The story of this is unreal.

Like even objectively if you weren’t a fan, you gotta admire this goal given the context of his thumb and everything.

I hope one day he might get tired of Calgary…I just don’t know how we could afford him.

Still remember the series against the Blues where they claimed he ran into Binnington. Got my wife to make me a “Too Many Men” shirt on her Cricut.

Amazing time to be an Avs fan. Such a dominant run that year.

That’s a fantastic pass from Lehky, and of course the finish from Naz

My favorite part of this goal is the part that this clip doesn’t show, which is when Stamkos tried to sneakily knock the puck out of the net so the ref couldn’t see it lmao.

My brother and I got to go to this game. One of the greatest memories of my life.

Before OT started we both picked a player to score the game winner. He went with Landy. I picked Kadri.

I miss Kadri man. I feel like he was better in CO than in Calgary tbh. Just wish we could keep him
