The Panthers deserve to lose. No excuse. There is a reason why certain franchises won't ever win Stanley cups. Its the laziness. The Panthers players just don't care. If Kovalchuk and Parise stayed in NJ…Henrique would have more magical moments like his 2012 postseason. He's only been in the playoffs 3 times in 12 years. It's awesome to see him get the gwg goal after years of being on bad teams…
I laugh at all the people who criticized guys like Janmark and Foegele and even the Swiss Army knife Derek Ryan. I seen so many comments like they are terrible and should be traded, blah blah blah. I kept telling them just wait till playoffs, you might have a different opinion. Some players are special because they have the ability to elevate their game substantially come post season and the ones mentioned above are on that list! The things Janmark does without the puck and in the defensive zone are so valuable and go unnoticed. Maybe not regular season but to win the cup, those guys are just as valuable and important as the superstars!
