  1. Yes!! Make a trade offer for Mitch Marner. Would like to see Thompson go off with Marner feeding him the puck all game long. Power play would be dynamic as well!

  2. I am a huge Skinner fan. That said I can see why the team would just want a fresh start. THAT said, idk why they can't find the right center to put him with on the 3rd line. I know there is a ton to critique, but isn't that EXACTLY what we've been missing? Depth scoring?

  4. Use that money to bring in Patrick Kane. 2 years 9 million. 6m in 24-25 and 3m in 25-26.

  5. Absolutely not. Who are you going to replace him with, that is going to produce 25-30 goals, per year, that makes absorbing that dead money worth it?

    Skinner can still produce. And unless you KNOW for a fact that the production can be replaced, I would stand firm in keeping him around. He’s a good locker room presence on top of that.
