If you watch the Stanley Cup finals, there is only a few guys that the leafs have that could play at that level and Bertuzzi is one of them!
I'm not going to lie… Steve needs to take a step back a bit. His ruthless takes and bitter ways are getting to be a bit much. Love this pod. Love Steve and company but enough is enough.

If Bertuzzi, last name was Smith. Do you think he would still get this much recognition? As a Wings fan. I feel he was overhyped, because who his Uncle is, Todd. Thatâs crazy to me, he was on the 1st line. I always thought a 3rd line guy. But, if you put him with a Larkin or Matthewâs, you can cover him up. Heâs never going to be a focal point for a top 2 line, is what Iâm trying to say.

The 'core' doesn't matter. The Leafs will only go as far as their best player takes them. Before the playoffs you could actually say McDavid and Matthews in the same sentence. Not any more.

Marner Can Play all positions and Bertuzzi can play sometimes 1…… give your head a shake one of the marbles is either stuck or missing…..
Keep that core together but pay more money for it.
