  1. This isnt the worst idea ive heard. With Guentzal, Necas, Reinhart, and Ehlers available possibly for your taking why not take the kid out of michigan state.

  2. Hawks are more secure in their defensive prospects than they are at forward prospects. We are talking about the worst scoring team this past year, a team with Connor Bedard! But of course the Habs guys isn't going to mention that…

  3. Kyle Davidson has said he has no problem taking Russian players and has said many times he will pick the best player available. I have heard the KD very much favors Demidov and some others favor Levshunov. In thr end I think the Hawks select Demidov.
    Thanks for the videos!

  4. Demidov is going 2nd. Lindstrom will go to Columbus, and Montreal will pick either a D or Sennecke.

  5. The Blackhawks' offense ranked dead last in the league last season. Their defense ranked low, but not as bad as the offense. They need help on both ends, but there are 12 forward positions vs. 6 for defense (follow the ratio) and it just so happens that the second highest ranked player in this coming draft is projecting to be a star winger which and is one of the Hawks biggest position needs. This is not just a "draft the best player available," situation, but it makes all the sense in the world to draft Demidov over anyone else at #2. Demidov is our guy!

  6. I don't think Demidov is the perfect winger for Bedard.. Their style of play don't exactly mesh fully together.. They really need a big power forward winger with these two.. Demidov brings the puck into areas that are unexpected.. but if Bedard is not strong enough to go to these areas.. I don't know.

  7. It's very interesting that fans are voting 70-80% for Demidov in social media polls, but most of the media is claiming the Blackhawks prefer Levshunov.

  8. omg don't let demidov go to colmbus 😳

don't let that pathetic franchise ruin another promising young player

  9. did you just say that guy can be like Phaneuf then added 'he can move'? Wasn't Phaneuf nickname in Toronto 'The pylon'? you know, a big column that can't move and people easily just move around? Interesting…

  10. I am still hoping that if Demidov falls past Chicago, The Ducks pick him. Silayev is going to be a monster and the Ducks do need a defensive minded, shut down defenseman, but he does have two years left on his KHL contract. On top of that He is a LD which the Ducks have quit a few of. On top of that Anaheim needs legit wing offense. Unless there are still some red lights with Demidov that hasn't made it to the public I hope he gets picked at three. If the Ducks do pick Silayev that will still be great. So would Lindstrom. Both are "Verbeek" types that would fit well within the system…..but that Demidov potential will be hard to see fade into the rear-view mirror. Of course, if Chicago does go Demidov all this is out the window and the Ducks probably pick Levshunov.

  11. Look its a D heavy draft and 2,3,4, all need Dmen they are rebuilding so right shot D men are rare and you absolutely need them ! Montreal is the only rebuilding team who doesn't really need ! So montreal will get a forward they want !
