The Hershey Bears are back-to-back Calder Cup champions. The team beat the Coachella Valley Firebirds 5-4 in overtime in Game 6 on Monday night. The star of the night for Hershey was right winger Pierrick Dube, who recorded a hat trick. Matt Strome scored the winning goal 1:06 seconds into overtime. Forward Hendrix Lapierre won the Jack A. Butterfield Trophy as the most valuable player of the 2024 Calder Cup Playoffs. This is the 13th Calder Cup in franchise history.
