obviously we come in we’re the the underdog by uh all measures but you just got to as a player you can’t think that way you got to go out there and you got to think that you have the same Talent level as them I know they have draft picks and I know I’m not going to the NBA but uh I know On Any Given night I can compete with those type of guys and our team can compete with those type of guys and that’s why I was so confident going into it and that’s why I say we’re not a Cinderella because when we play our aame we’re we can be the best team on the floor

People saying he will go to the NBA don’t understand just how good NBA players are. Now I’m not saying he won’t ever play in the NBA, but his patch would be something like the G league, maybe a 10 day contract because of some injuries or a tanking team wanting to get a look at him & maybe he can parlay that into a couple NBA seasons off the bench for a couple different teams. There’s guys you never heard of in the NBA that would be the best player you ever saw if he came to your local gym. Malachi Flynn comes to mind… Pistons bench player.

U gotta be athletic to be in the nba. Its more than just skill. I can go out and shoot threes and get as good as lillard in like 3 months. But everything else? The speed, the agility, the quickness, the ability to leap? These are things you have to be born with and have to have honed.
