In D3 The Mighty Ducks, the kids went to high school in a school implied to be located in Eden Prairie MN. The school at the end of the movie changed mascots to the Ducks and used this logo.
Thirty years later, I live in Eden Prairie, the Ducks are my favorite team, and they've just changed (back) to the logo and colors of the fake school in my town, albeit with some slight touches.
It's fate! Just like how I was born in '93 when the team was founded!
