How good was Stuart Skinner in Game 6?

TSN Oilers reporter Ryan Rishaug joins SC with Jay Onrait after Edmonton’s series-clinching win in Game 6 of the Western Conference Final, to discuss the performance of Stuart Skinner in the contest, how Connor McDavid set the tone in Game 6, and how confident the Oilers should be heading into the Stanley Cup Final.

  1. You guys at TSN need to up your sound game, your vids are considerably lower than almost every other video on YT

  2. Skinner is peaking at the right time, he is legit 4Ws away from getting a cup and cementing his legacy

  3. Not to take anything away but Edmonton played excellent defence with most of the shots being from the outside and barely getting any clean shots in danger positions.

But yeah Skinner was great he had a real aura of calmness that game

  4. He has only had to be better than his counterparts,he has been good and getting better every game,he doesnā€™t need to have the best save percentage or the best goals against average.Just be better than his counterpartsšŸ«” IN SKINS WE TRUST šŸ«”šŸ«”

  5. Skinner didn't steal the show lets be real. The defense are the unsung hero's. Ya a lot of shots but EDM D didn't allow hardly any good chances.

  6. Reputation cleansing….jeepers Rishaug not even close ok….Skinner was pulled once this year in the Playoffs and should have possibly been pulled another time or 2…..yes he clearly stole the clinching Game….but lets keep things realistic and grounded alright. Skinners the clear weak point and the Panthers are going to feast on him. This is why there is such a big disconnect between the media and reality. Reputation Cleansing is a freaking joke to even say, its a misnomer. Its a directed narrative not an astute observation. And no Ryan…Skinner is still a Prince Ruperts Drop and Mumford has tranquilized the Oilers and snipped off their Esprit de Corps in his search for Inner Excellence. Some of us think the Panthers will take it in a 4 -game Sweep. Because of Skinner and Mumford.

  7. I felt Skinner played his best game in game 5. He made numerous tough saves. This game Dallas has the play in Edmonton's end but very few good scoring chances, not like game 5. My opinion only.

  8. i dont care what anyone has to say even if the oilers lose in the finals im beyond proud of this team for grinding and coming back from the depths of the standings to now the cup final tying the longest win streak in history with the top 4 players in the playoffs being all on the oilers if they were to clinch the cup it would be the most perfect ending to such a great story and there would 100% be a doc made on it florida is gonna be a real challenge for the oil but you cant even count them out cause they were never supposed to be in the playoffs this year and here they are and i cant see them going down without a fight
