“Stitch In Time” w/ Auston Matthews | Introducing the new Fanatics Authentic Pro NHL On-Ice Uniform

The new Fanatics On-Ice uniforms are made by the same people who have been making NHL jerseys for nearly five decades. So we surprised Auston Matthews with three jerseys that inspired his career, one jersey he’ll wear next season, and the person who made them all.

  1. man , these comments are so brutal. like maybe give them a chance. the MLB Nike thing has little to do with the NHL. i would give those Fanatics pro jerseys a first chance in September.
hope that thing about being able to buy the actual player on-ice version is the truth!
better than Adidas …. oh and those dimples on the shoulders – glad they are gone ! 👍
this is a well made clip with a lot of craft and care , hope that is a good luck charm! 👍

  2. The dept and lettering really makes it stand out. Hopefully the quality is on par. If the quality's there, i have no doubt this jersey will end in fans collection.

  3. I really hope that the on-ice jerseys are of good quality. I'm sure every hockey fan knows fanatics doesn't have the best reputation at this point, but actually manufacturing the teams' on-ice jerseys are a huge way to redeem themselves for many fans if they turn out to be good. I'm going to wait until other people buy them and review them before I purchase one for myself, but I have high hopes fanatics pulls through with these.

  4. He should’ve told her to write her number on the inside of that Leafs jersey—I totally would’ve! 😏😉

  5. Awesome vid…my mom was/is a seamstress…she used to fix [sew] up my sweaters/equipment when I played [many moons ago]…didn't really appreciate it then…just wanted to go play…but I have more appreciation now…Glad to see AM giving respect to someone who sews up his and other NHL'rs sweaters ..well done. ❤ 😂 🎉 😊

  6. Fantastics is trying real hard to win the fans. Nice try but consistently do a good job for 10 years straight, then we can talk. 🤣

  7. The Ovechkin, Brière, and Kane part immediately brought me back to the beginning of my hockey fandom from 2005-2008🥲

  8. You just know these jerseys are gonna fucking suck lmao. Idk why the NHL decided to let these goofballs make the jerseys for next season. They should’ve taken notes from MLB.

  9. If this unnamed lady says she had a hand in making all those jerseys, maybe we shouldn't be as worried. Perhaps the staff that made NHL jerseys just move to Fanatics

  10. Jerseys felt like they were made of a higher quality back when reebok was doing them. I’ve ordered quite a few jerseys through ShopNhl over the years. But my only two adidas ones that I own, I honestly hardly wear either of them because they just feel so generic and cheaply made. A quick horror story I thought I’d share. I ordered an Adidas Jersey last year that I had to wait almost two months for. Was never made aware of any type of back order or factory delay. I felt like my order just got lost and forgotten about, plain and simple. When I would call customer service to complain about the prolonged waiting period, I noticed that their customer service support was through fanatics already. When I asked where they are located, I discover it was a call center located in the Philippines. I spoke with multiple agents on multiple occasions and I could just tell by their tone and verbiage that their customer support is completely scripted word for word. The whole ordeal was just upsetting. When I got the Jersey I immediately felt buyers remorse. This did not feel like or look like a $300 jersey. I hope this isn’t a sign of what to regularly expect from Fanatics.
