Haha more cap trouble for the stupid leafs management. The fans must want their heads
Well it is Toronto. Are we surprised?
Leafs overpay? No never 😂
Lucky to get 3 good years out of Tanev so basically 9M for 3 years. CRAZY. Makes Marner and Taveres contract look acceptable.
Well I guess they haven’t learned their lesson .
old people suck,,, oh wait… I'm old people…we suck… i mean i… i suck. Kane, Stamkos, Trouba! i know I can still smoke that Rapinoe dude! "Me love you long time"… not really… but kinda. Ok i write some crazy stuff all the time and never hit the comment button. Ima hit it… Aghhhh!
Well, he is a local guy from Toronto. His desire is to devote remaining of his career to his hometown and repair his bones and retire there.
Nobody cares it's only $$ the Leafs have lots of it
The Chris Tanev deal should be fine for like 3 years. But man the last 3 will be painful. Honestly the Joseph woll deal is 50/50. If he plays above average like .907 or above that deal will be a steal. If under it will look terrible. Ultimately that’s not too bad.
Overpay no. Underpay per year. Thats why they had to give term for tanev. They have 4 year window. They will bury him after. They can afford it.
First, Teams here have to pay more than teams abroad because of tax inequalities.
Second, he will probably probably play for the next 3 years before he goes to the island
Wow. Good thing Benning is not running the show in Vancouver or the Canucks would have yet another bad contract.
THE LEAFS WANTED BERTUZZI TO TAKE A HOME TOWN DEAL. THEN SIGNED TANEV aka METHUSALAH AND KICKED BERT TO THE CURB. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE MARNER EXIT THE ICE VIA THE BLACKHACKS PLAYERS BENCH. BECAUSE HE'S TIRED OF GETTING TOUCHED/HAMMERD ON THE ICE. MARNER QUOTE"YOU CAN'T TOUCH ME. DON'T YOU KNOW WHO I AM. I'M &IT H MARNER." 🤔😎🤣😂💩👀
Looking forward to another first round exit!
Treliving is Benning 2.0.
At the end of the day long term doesn’t mean anything in next off season if leafs sucked again 😂
4.5 is NOT an overpay
Lol, seems like you and all the comments section clowns have never heard of Robidas Island.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lmao another decade of misery incoming for steve dangle 🤣
You’ve got Treliving what do you expect, that’s what he did in Calgary for a decade
I feel like Toronto will eventually buy out his final 3 years or LTIR him.
You have to give term when you have 60 percent in cap to 5 players.
