Hi jon I've been watching you for a while just to be honest I was a die hard ranger fan and I was at the 94 cup parade. But I live in Las Vegas and got attached to the golden knights
I like this move. 25 goal guy with 79 playoff points in 102 games (you read that right). there are rumblings that he was not happy with pit last year and pouting in the lockeroom. prob why they did it. Smith is better than mantha and zucker.
Smith is fine. Just he should not be a main move. He is a supplemental move.
The Trouba fiasco is weighing heavily on the franchise, embarrassing to Trouba even more so.
UOM, MSU and Detroit Mercy have some of the best medical facilities in the Country, so there is no excuse there for his wife to remain here. Can’t believe they couldn’t work this out rationally.
Tarasenko would be great, did a great job in the playoffs!
Schneider getting locked up would be nice…..
Daniel Sprong, even at a multi-year contract would not have cost much. Certainly less than Smith, no lost draft picks, and Sprong has a better upside. 6' isn't small and he doesn't shy from contact. IF it turns out he doesn't work out, at a smaller contract he would have been easy to trade next year if they needed to clear cap space.
