  1. I'm extatic. We now have Suzuki Caufield and Slafkovsky who all have long term contracts worth less then 7.8 million a year. Thats huge. We have a great core in the NHL that is staying in Montréal along with the best prospect pool in the nhl I think.

  2. Suzuki. 7.75 Million Dollars with the celling of Alexander Barkov in his prime. Caufield. 7.725 Million Dollars with the celling of a smaller Stamkos in his prime. Slafkovsky. 7.6 Million Dollars with the celling of a Matthew Tkachuk. This is how you win championships. You build a team with contracts and players who like the city and not just always going for the big name free agent or draft pick. Reinbacher looks like a smart pick. Hes a valueable right shot defenseman who looks like a Peterangelo to me. And maybe Michkov didnt want to play in Montreal. In that case. I think Reinbacher was the best pick.
