Young man the reason you draft a center NOW is because it takes the average player 3-5 years to make the NHL at around the age 0f 23-25. We absolutely need centers and defensemen in that order.

I just don’t understand this. Why would we need to move up in the draft and give Kakko?.. we are in win mode. We don’t need to pick a draft pick. We need to trade that draft pick number 30 and use it to bring a player in. Why the hell in the world would we need to pick up a player in the draft when we have hundreds below, we are in win mode and that’s what we have to do anything to win
