How many project ideas do you have? I have suggestions but I don't want to overwhelm you. You do great work. Keep it up
I find it funny how the Yotes were benefited by officiating in game 2 and still lost. Yet they wanted to cry wolf in game 5 vs the Kings when nothing was called incorrectly
RIP Rayzor.
RIP Coyotes.
As a (former) Coyotes fan, raised in Phoenix, season ticket holder 12-14, it was a ride and this was tragically one of our best performances, sloppy play, odd bounces, and having to give credit to Smith for actually doing his damn job. I'm gonna miss this team.
I enjoyed this video. I got a lot of nostalgia from a time where everything was simpler, and the Blackhawks were still good 😀
As a Mike Smith hater and Kings fan I've aways thought he was one of the most underrated goalies of the era and had a very strong case for the Vezina in 2012.
Another absolute masterclass of storytelling once again. I still faintly remember watching this Coyotes playoffs run as a kid. #RayWhitneyForTheHall
i would've enjoyed seeing some tactical talk about Dave Tippett's system, but that's just me
there’s barely a handful of ppls videos i like as soon as i click on them and you’re one of them for sure! this is def one of my favourite series of yours. along with the goalie videos 🔥
Hockey belongs in Arizona
Ray Whitney and Clay Matthews II in football are the same. Gritty, blue-collar, all-star numbers, but eternally underappreciated because they played on "bad" teams purely because they don't have rings.
You know what else they share? The fact that they should be in the Hall of Fame over at least 20% of who's already in there.
Great stuff. Any chance of a Kings/Sharks or Kings/Blackhawks from 2014?
Man you are the BEST! Love these recaps of old series I remember watching, keep them coming! You’re going to do big things, go caps!!
Pinholes you always do such a great job at representing the little guy franchises in non traditional markets and it’s something I really appreciate about this channel
Also nice Don Burnham reference
Can you do Caps/Bruins 2012 or rangers/Caps 2009?
You could practically do a video for every series in the 2012 playoffs! I would love to see one about the Flyers – Pens series that year.
This was the Coyotes' last playoff appearance until 2020.
Man this video left me teary eyed after watching it, it was really good. While the Coyotes were never my favorite team they have always been one I've liked. Mike Smith is one of my favorite players ever and you did him justice here, he's so fun to watch not just because he's a great puck handling goalie but because he's very passionate, you can always tell how he's feeling and that letting in any goal upsets him. Even in his last season in the NHL in his 40's you could still see that fire burning deep inside him. Yes he could be quite the adventure at times but you knew he was putting his heart into it every time he was on the ice.
Whether you were on the winning or losing side of this series, at least you got some overtime goals.
As a Blackhawks fan, Mike Smith was one of those goaltenders that always found a way to stymie us. The Coyotes perfectly executed the rope-a-dope strategy and continuously frustrated the Blackhawks. A very unique series that you covered perfectly.
Great video! Subbed 👍 if you do a video on Luongo you will have a video covering the (imo) best three goalies to not win a cup. (Price and Lundqvist)
Brother, are you playing a Surbahar Raga Alap in the background during the introduction?
