I think fans are going to warm up to him pretty quickly. Seems like there’s already a generally positive reaction, but if he can play to his strengths he’s going to be fun. Great forechecker, pretty quick, not afraid to throw hits, and shoots a good amount for the TOI he gets (volume over quality, but pucks on net is never a bad idea).

Fishy veleno motte 4th line most nights I’d guess. I’d love to see Larkins PK time go down this year with all these PK guys we’ve picked up.

I want advance stats on the like 3rd touch before a goal. He has great zone entries and great forchecking. Hes the guy who gets the puck in the corner and gives it to his team. That often doesn’t show up on the score sheet and it doesn’t show up in these advance stats other than forchecking, but I think he’ll contribute to goal opportunities more than this lets on.
