  1. This reminds me of hossa had gone to the finals 3 in a row with three different teams and on his third try finally won it

  2. This is actually sad. Like it is dope he won at least a cup early but to keep going to the SCF 4x again and be on the losing end of the handshake line every time is heartbreaking. I feel for homie.

  3. Considering how much money Corey Perry has it's quite funny to see the comments here. There isn't a single person here, including myself, who wouldn't exchange their life for Corey Perry's in a heartbeat. Pretty wife, millions of dollars, and the rest of many years still left in his life to enjoy it all. I've been an Oilers fan since they were the Alberta Oilers in the WHA. I was there in Northlands Coliseum when Gretzky and the rest of the gang skated around the ice with their second tour of the Stanley Cup championship in 1985, the team voted the best in the first 100 years of NHL history. Two years before, that team lost the Stanley Cup in their first trip to the finals. They came back the next year and won it in convincing fashion. This year's version of the Oilers probably needed the ultimate heartbreak of that one goal loss to give them the impetus that they'll need to win it all next year. Perry will play a relatively minor role on next year's team as they have improved themselves some amount through the first two days of free agency. Florida, the newly minted champions, have already lowered their talent level from what it took to eke out a one goal victory in the deciding game 7 of the Stanley Cup final. Will Florida get back, perhaps. But it's looking very good for the Oilers to return to the Stanley Cup finals next year. Of course, onlt time will tell but Corey Perry finds himself on the lineup of the team now given the best shot to get back to the Stanley Cup finals. He has another chance to finish his career on a high note. And being an Oiler fan, I had my own reason to dislike Corey Perry as a player. But I've seen this old game mire than once in decades of watching the Oilers and I realize the game is a business to the players, and their livelihoods. But everyone likes winning and that's what the players are paid to do, go out and win. I'll be cheering Corey Perry on in his Oilers jersey.

  4. I bet a majority of players would gladly lose 4 cups to get 1 cup! Why? Because there have been legends, absolute legends, who have never won a cup before. Not only does he have a cup, but he has enough trophies and medals besides that would sink a canoe.

This storyline of all the cups Perry lost is a very dumb one. He's a Stanley Cup Winner. Only 14% of all players ever to play in the NHL have won one. He's one of them.

HE HAS WON HOCKEY'S GREATEST GOAL.

  5. Это еще раз говорит о том , что как игрок он полное дно , а вот удача на его стороне . переспал с матерью бедарда 😮

  6. it used to be the marian hossa challenge, now we have the corey perry challenge.

what brave soul will pick up the mantle after perry retires. . . . .marchand?

  7. Well that can make you drink. but it ain't no monkey of your back when there's players with more games and zero cups. do not forget Perry did win one.
