If you were to look at a draft, five years later. Round one players, probably 70% play, 40% play 100 gsmes. By round five, a few players play a game, maybe one plays 100 nhl games in a career.
These late round guys, seldom have any impact.
there was talk about the draft only being 3 or 4 rounds with the eliable players left free to sign with any team. i think frankie corrado mentioned it.

It’s not WHERE you draft but WHO you draft. Man theses Datsyuk and Zetterberg draft picks by Detroit still get me..

Wish we could trade Lindholm's rights for a 5th or 6th round pick. Or else they gave up a lot of assets for a half a$$ed playoff round.
