super clean hit, ott kicked his ass but I just cant stand the fact that more and more people no longer can hit someone clean and big, because now the other team wants to fight about it. Twenty years ago a big hit was a big hit and a good one if clean, and both teams just left it at that.
@nsjohn130 I don't see how people don't understand the fight after the hit. Teams don't want their star players getting run over. You can still get injured by a clean hit.

Big hit, and fight about it if you want, but late? I don't think so.
I mean he was trying to knock him down no doubt, but this will happen in the NHL. I think predatory is a bit strong.

its not about just getting hit and fighting, its about momentum. when theres a big hit, the other team has to respond to try to get the momentum back
