I like the term to which the Leafs appear to be ready to sign Woll to but absolutely NOT the per-season cap hit (likely over US$3 million). US$2 million, perhaps even US$1.5 million, would be a much better PSCH.

Market tax is bullshit . They need to make a rule that the salary cap is base on the salary after tax , taking away this tax benefit shit

Kids fine, but played less than 50 games? Unless it's around 2-3 million for a long period. I don't see why you can justify higher numbers. Remember the kid got roughed up many times at a young age as a goaltender. As history has shown people that get injured often yearly, tend to down the line continue that streak in the nhl.
