I don't get why teams don't do this more often. Just put a bouncing puck on net instead of dumping it in when going for a line change or even instead of doing a dump and chase because worst case scenario is you have an offensive zone face off instead of giving the other team guaranteed possession of the puck.
Oh look! Yet ANOTHER goalie that tries to have the puck go into his glove, but it winds up in the back of the net instead. Good lord why is this a thing with all goalies that face these kinds of shots. If Allen put his BODY in front of that puck, it doesn't go in. But because he tries to get that puck into his glove, it ends up behind him. ARGH!!!!!!!!!

This is why a lot of Blues fans, including myself, can't get behind Allen. Sure he plays well and can make excellent saves, but he does this crap way too often.
