Penguins are going with old age and treachery versus youthful exuberance! Hey! it worked for the 77th Infantry Division in WWII. lol Rest of the NHL: "Look at those old bastards go!"
Getting some younger players/prospects into the roster out of camp should help too. Hopefully 1-2 can make the jump.
This oldest team thing is expected, with the core you'd need a full team of 24 year olds to get the age average to be middle of the pack.

Letang gets burned everytime somebody comes down his side of the ice . He never could play Defense . All he is ai another Winger . He never plays an entire season .

I'll take a older sidney crosby over almost any young player out there… Letang and Malkin as well. The 3 are better then most players out there… watch this video and see all the older teams beat out everyone else for the most part..lol.
