Re: Habs/Canes: that history is water under the bridge now. Waddell & Bergevin are both gone. Gorton & Hughes could care less about what happened in the past. Both are probably thankful that the Canes "stole" KK exposing him as a total bust.
I doubt G & H would ho down the offer sheet path for Jarvis.
1. Yes….he's a good young player.
2. There's no way they'll pay him more than Suzy…..ain't gonna happen.
3. Canes have just over $11 million in cap space so if Habs did offer sheet Jarvis (at about $8 million/season max)….Canes would be forced to pay up that approx $8 million of their $11 million for that one player. It'd sure be interesting to see if they'd go that route!!!!!

Stan Bowman was one of the kings of no trade clauses! The last of which (Seth Jones) is going to be an albatross for years.
It's marners choice to not have media I'm good with that and if he wants to go that is up to him too don't make it more than it is.
