    Key notes IMO:

-Heidt and Buium shined at development camp

-No rush to extend Faber but initial discussions have started

-Carrying 3 goalies at times is expected, with Wallstedt getting starts in both the NHL and AHL depending on how the schedule is week to week

-Team is considering reuniting a Kaprizov/Hartman/Zuccarello line in pursuit of improving secondary scoring.

-Lines would probably be fairly fluid no matter what they start with

Interesting that Russo went from saying Faber will extend in July to now possibly even next summer.

Would also like to include some things they talked about on the most recent Locked on Wild podcast where they went over Brad Bombardirs comments on Wild development camp:

-Charlie Stramel is taking his off season very seriously and is in very good shape coming into Michigan. Also talked about obstacles that he’s had to overcome in the last year that really explain where he was at mentally at Wisconsin with his dad dying and having a new coach who preferred playing the more veteran players over the younger guys. Also mentioned that the current coach at Michigan already had a really good relationship with Stramel from previous coaching jobs.

-Everyone seems to only have good things to say about Riley Heidt. Brad mentioned that his ability to make plays at a very high speed is at a different level than other good playmakers in the juniors, and that there is a good chance it translates to NHL success. Also mentioned how Heidt dedicated his last season to getting as good as possible at the penalty kill, perhaps because he knows about the Wilds struggles in the PK and is trying to seperate himself further from the pack.

-Buiums offensive abilities will have an immediate impact for the Wild when he finishes his year in Denver and is likely to join the team just like Faber at the end of Denver’s season.

-Jack Peart is another defenseman that seems like he’s really separating himself from the rest of the other defense prospects. Bombardir is really impressed with his play.

-As soon as Danila Yurov decides he wants to come over he’ll have an immediate spot on the Wild. Bombardir is really optimistic about another season for him in the KHL and says it will only benefit everyone to stay another year over there.

There was more but those are some of the things I can remember off the top of my head. It’s a really good listen and recommend checking Locked on Wild out.
