Stanley Cup Champion Panthers needed more sandpaper, size.
Weegar was a defenseman that wasn't disciplined in his decision-making.
Hubs was older, looking for a big contract extension, and didn't fit the new system.

I thought Jack Devine looked fantastic. He was the best play on team white, and aside from Sawchyn would looked like the best on team Red.
Obviously needs to work on finishing but he did a great job on zone entries, crips passes, and speed and dekes for days
