  1. That's an amazing offer if that's the case Filip is soild Jordan Barron is Morgan's brother that je sick and a 1st your kidding me 3 peices for 1 is always a steal

  2. That's a lot for McGroarty. The 1st round pick is probably Florida's (If Calgary finishes bottom 10). But If Calgary finishes 22nd or better, you'd get Calgary's pick that can be as high as 11th. That alone could wind up being better than McGroarty. Then you add a good B-level prospect and a defenseman. Barron has higher upside, but Harris is a very good 5th or 6th. He's boring, you never notice him, which is a good quality in a 5-6th. He'll solid defensively and also has some offensive abilities. He should be a 20-25 pts guy. Considering there's no PP minutes at all and his limited minutes, that's pretty good. Not too physical though. A late 1st that could very well wind up being a 10-15th, a small but talented B prospect and a young, cheap reliable defenseman (or a less proven but higher upside one) and Winnipeg doesn't take it? That doesn't add up. McGroarty is still a risk considering his sub-par skating. If I was Winnipeg I would have taken that and run.
