I think Lomberg is more of third liner
Uberdough Sharongoalbitch Mantha will be a strong first line , mantha and Huby train together and most likely have chemistry. Then the second line of Kadri Pospisil Kuzmenko can also be surprising . Time will tell.

Looks like a team that knows they are in for a lottery pick.
If Coronato and Pelletier arent getting playing time ahead of Rooney and Deuhr this team is on the wrong track for the rebuild.
Stromgren, Backlund and Coleman… Huberdeau, Sharangovich and Kuzmenko… Popisil, Kadri and Zary… 4th line is open,, Lomberg ect…. Pelletier and Coronato up in the air and Mantha Urgh why why Conroy should have got a Dman for a year Mantha is horrible and does nothing for rebuild

Ok. You can't complain about the lines and the roster if you know they stripped it down to start over. Seriously.
I see Coleman and Backlund, Pospisil and Kadri, and Huberdeau and Mantha playing together but I don't know who will play with them.
There is no room for Kylington anyways.
I think you can have too many draft picks in your system, you cannot develop them all.
Here is what the depth chart should look like:
Sharagovich – Kadri – Kuzy
Huberdeau- Zary – Mantha
Coleman – Backlund – Coronato
Lomberg- Pospisil – Pelltier
Hunt – Rooney – Duehr
Just gotta keep Mantha motivated. He can play like he's 6'5" …. ask Hamonic. I think he broke his face on Mantha's fists when he was on the Flames. Surprised we don't remember that, because Mantha seemd like a very big, very, very mean jerk that line brawl. Mantha did a number on Nick Cousins too last year if I remember correctly. He just needs to stay engaged in the game. When he is, he's a beast – but often he's not.
Who put these lines together? Lets hope this isn't the case…….
Maybe not a playoff team, but they will be competitive. Don't despair, the team is still being built.

Give Coronato the best chance to succeed with a Top-6 opportunity, while letting Zary & Pospisil have a go at the Centre Positions and get Pelletier in the lineup too
I definitely want better options than Rooney & Duehr on the Roster. Schwindt is intriguing, but so is acquiring Kotkaniemi or Offer Sheeting someone, like Dylan Holloway or Peyton Krebs perhaps
Rhett says he wants more youth, which I agree on the forward group, but I’m fine with Vets on the D-Corps, including Ryan Graves if he comes for Free (Kylington can sign and replace him in PIT) or Justin Holl if we receive an asset for taking him on as a Cap Dump, preferably a Prospect, or perhaps Joe Veleno
I have Calgary in the seventh spot in the Pacific next year behind Anaheim and ahead of SJ.
Duehr looked pretty fast with Lucic and Lewis …. Real speed showed bad with younger quicker linemates……that showed quicky
I don’t think it’s that bad if they get some decent goaltending.
The foreword core is ok, but there are only like 2 actual NHL caliber D on the roster. Hopefully they sell some of their expiring forwards and actually go for a top 3 pick

Huberdeau was playing with Barkov , just ask Sam about putting up points , the common denominator is Barkov and the flames don’t have anyone close to that
Long time Oiler fan here. I really hope the Flames management can get it together, I miss the Battle of Alberta so bad. I watched the games in the 80’s and 90’s, the best, most competitive hockey I’ve ever witnessed. I truly hope to see a Battle again soon. Good luck in the future. Go Oilers, I had to put that in 😅
