Honestly I would've assumed KHL contracts were paid out in Euros rather than Rubles, kinda like Canadian dollars and US dollars…
Rumors say he's going to sign a 4 year contract with SKA St.Peteresburg worth 300mln RUR. That's most likely the total sum of the contract, as high-profile KHL players get ~70-80mln a year and KHL salary cap is 900mln with no limit on the roster (and SKA always had a ridiculously big roster)
Thats almost 4m of cap space for the caps. That, backstrom and potentially oshie done. That might get up back under the limit.
Blues could of had petro and perron still. But nah we needed krug and leddy… and why we needed krug is because we wouldn't give ice time to…. Vince Dunn… life is great
Serves the Blues right for Krug to be out for the year. The haunting if the 'no trade clause' strikes!š
Maybe Marner might be in St. Louis next year??
What a clown Kuznetsov is. Total dead weight after the Cup.
As a fan of different central division team. I hope the blues do not do better this year.
Forgot another very common Torey Krug reaction. Bruins fans suddenly realizing why Don Sweeney didn't want to give Krug another deal.
Krug missing the year is not going to hurt the Blues. Might be a blessing in disguise.
for your crazy trade rumor mill idea trade Travares to STL for Krug put him LTIR get cap space
You need to read Hossa's book he talks about the reaction he was having with his hockey equipment and he gets in deep about what was happening.
As a Canes fan, this is starting to look like a difficult offseason. Could be worse, but it doesn't exactly look good.
To be MVP, you have to work hard 365 (days) in a year, but Iām not ready for that," Kuznetsov said. "I want to have fun, and I want to make those risky plays when sometimes you donāt have to play and you guys donāt understand every time those plays. Itās not easy to make. But to be MVP in this league, you have to play even better. You have to go next level. Itās not easy. More importantly, you have to stay focused 365 (days), but thatās not my style.ā—– Kuznetsov.
So in short, he doesnt want to compete at a professional level anymore
