I swear that if this happens they better rename them to NJ (they won't I'm not completely dumb, Philly sells better and they're businessmen), these are the owners of our team they should know how much the title NJ carries with their fanbase.
Possible names NJ Crossers: short for River-Crossers, keeps the revolutionary theme of 76ers but is more geared to NJ.
NJ Mafia/Mobsters: NJ known for its organized crime in Newark and AC.
NJ Swamp Dragons: a name the NJ Nets almost rebranded to.
Just spitballing here.

If this ever happened they’re probably not changing their name
Basically a Meadowlands/Giants and Jets situation. Still would be hilarious if that happened
Why would the Sixers leave Philly for Camden? No article included in the post but genuinely interested. I like Philly (as a city) and Camden doesn’t seem to offer anything (although I wish that weren’t the case). Hard to imagine the NBA approving this move but I’ve been wrong before.
No shot this is going to happen
I’d actually get into basketball if this happened
Lol no chance they move the Camden. Regardless of your thoughts on the city, the owners know it has a poor reputation and will lose a lot of families willing to buy tickets to go to games. Would be an extremely poor financial decision
Crossers also would call back to the crossover that iverson was known for
Fuck Embiid
Ugh Camden?
I’d actually start watching basketball again if they made them a New Jersey team.
Again? Same “Sixers & Failures to move to Camden” thing happened in the very early 90s when they tried to leverage building a replacement for the Spectrum, which they did eventually get, with the building of that hovel now known as Wells Fargo Center.
heck, even Steinbrenner threatened to move the Yankees to NJ
