I think it's stupid that you can't make a solid clean hit in today's NHL without having to fight. It doesn't matter who it is…hitting is a legal play and encouraged by most fans. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely think fighting has a place in the game, I just don't think it should be just because someone takes a hard, legal check.

It is a good hit, it is a clean hit, but as usual with Wilson, almost always delivered when the player is unsuspecting and defenseless; predatory.
I think a stick to Wilson's eye is well worth a 20 game suspension.
