James Neal sounded off on Matthew Tkachuk who he believes targeted his teammate Zack Kassian, saying he wasn’t a fan of how Tkachuk acted afterwards and explained how it shows a lack of respect for the guys on the ice to charge after someone in a vulnerable position.
