  1. Think we have to look at it as a set Coach: the past 3 years I think Slaf/Reinbacher/Demidov is the best we could have done getting 2 elite potential forwards and the best D-man (coveted RSD) in his draft at 6'3/6'3 and 6'05. Demidov also slots everyone in nicely…our pool looks really sold now. We either take a step this year and play meaningful games in March or draft top 10 one more time…all good.

  2. Coach, how do you feel about CH signing Daniel Sprong ? At 27 years old he's averaging about 20 goals and 45 points during the last 2 seasons. He would only cost around 2 million on a short term deal while his agent is Pat Brisson. Do you think he's still FA because he waiting for a 2+ years contract or that he wants to sign with a competitive team ? I see him fitting into the Habs top 9 with 2nd unit PP exposure. Could be the new Dale Weise. Thoughts and comments please ?

  3. Habs fans shouldn't take 1 man's opinion seriously because Reinbacher was rated #38. He played for a really bad team until he came to Laval and showed that he is a top pairing defenceman. He's not flashy and doesn't have to put up a lot of points. They have Hutson and Mailloux for the offense. Let him play his game

  4. Coach, I really question this list. Interesting but not my picks by far. As one comment said, one man’s opinion. The good thing is that it gives us lots to debate…the favourite pastime of HAB fans.

  5. bad list…not even gonna talk about the habs. but how is someone like dylan guenther so low when he proved he's a first line type player at 20 years old?
