I think this was a tremendous draft for the Sharks. They already have the highly skilled, fast, and offensive minded guys like Eklund, Smith, Musty, Halttunen, Bordeleau, Havelid, Cagnoni, Shakir etc. so what they needed to do was to fill out their prospect pool with these physical and more well-rounded prospects. To me Chernyshov, Wetsch, Roberts and Misskey and company are just that, complimentary pieces for the offensively skilled guys already in the system.
Even if you take out Celebrini… They had a great draft.
And they have 2 1st round picks in 2025. They'll have the pieces.. it just gonna take time.
Theyâll regret not taking Zeev Buium. Clear tier above Dickinson. You make room for guys like that.
