A surprising signing. Sure, his name was connected to the Canucks, but I didn't think it would had made sense with the team cap as it is. I view this as more depth in the bottom 6.

as a caps fan i hated we traded him to seatle, he finishes well,usually with a goal, never understood why teams trade him away.
not many minutes, he fits a cup contender and can fill in anywhere. i saw he was available i was hoping the caps sign him back but we have several 22 and under guys we want to give some nhl experience and were not contenders this year, congrats on this signing,he will help you.
