Hot take but I think Gallagher should be there. They will probably give it to Anderson but Gallagher is my pick. He had 15 goals last year with no power play goals. Gallagher also was fantastic last year with Newhook as they had some good chemistry. Dach Gallagher Newhook sounds like an everything. You get the speed and skill of Newhook. Physical and good all around game in Dach and a leader and gritty player in Gallagher. All of these guys can play in all scenarios which won't make them ever a bad line. However. I think they should try Roy on the 2nd line though and see how it goes
Definitely Roy.
I’d go with Anderson, just to get his trade value up….
1 Anderson
2 Mario Armia
3 Roy
Anderson Armia Roy in that order the other two No
Lets see if Dach can play more than two games this year.
RHP is a long shot to make the roster out of training camp!
Coach, what has Roy done in your eyes to deserve such a coveted spot in the line up?? He's on the second year of his elc, just turning 21. He didn't even that great in Laval, and he looked pretty y lost in Montreal. He needs to marinate in Laval, big minutes on the first line and power play.
Hi Coach, I am hoping a trade solves this problem by providing a top six player. If not, I like Armia if he continues his play from last year.
If they don't make a trade, it'll be whoever earns the spot. It won't be RHP, him and Anderson are unlikely to bounce back.
ROY all the way
No rush to add a forward
Gallagher gets things done. When he's healthy he rocks. Armia and Anderson are slackers, RHP was amazing his first year, if he can recreate that he would be the best.
Joshua Roy.
