And I am OK with it but I am unsure how long his contract is and I'm a big fan of wallstedt which he is a wild goalie and he is taking there time with him and also rossi which I see a very good player long term from him😊

It's more about the talent, molding it together. Paul Maurice only took nine teams to the playoffs in over twenty years before taking over Florida. Zito transformed that roster into what it took to win.
Of course Florida did win the President's Cup prior to Paul being hired. But you gotta hope for the best.
Idk about this. I feel a bit skeptical. Glad they have a coach with experience though. I’m hoping for the best. It’s still going to take a couple of years no matter what to talk about playoffs.
Now we wait for Laine to be released from player assistance program.
I understand your point. It’s not about the playoff right now with all of our young guys.
But he never won a playoff series as a coach at any level. It means there’s something under the hood not good.
He was my last choice of all the names mentioned.
