Does not seem like it or else they would make it very apparent. They probably don’t want to install windows because of the sun causing issues with the ice or the glare distracting players.
I wish they would do something with that wall though. The interior so far looks a bit lacking

Design is very early people. A lot will change, other than the main exterior design… still far from anything being finalized

I live near Portland Oregon, a couple times a year they open the windows at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum to have a daylight game for the Winterhawks. Never been to one but I imagine depending on the orientation of the building one side would have an unfair advantage. So no I don’t think they are windows, and if they are I imagine they will do what the VMC does and add retractable shutters.
I think these building get incentives when they go for greener building directives like natural lighting. Wouldn’t surprise me in they’re windows and we get blinds like Climate pledge in Seattle
