I think you guys will like Evason. The Wild have been cash strapped for a while, but he always did what he could with…less than optimal talent in most cases. He’s a little too happy to keep certain lines together even if it’s long past effectiveness. The team played an uptempo style most nights though. Played better than any right to. Should be a nice coach provided the front office gives him the right tools.
Though, I suppose that’s par for the course.

We will see. Previous decisions have hampered his talent for the next couple years. I think it will end up like the last couple coaches. He will limp along with the team in the bottom 5 for the next 4 years. Then pressure will build to replace him while management continues to make horrible trades and moves.
