  1. Cutter Gaughtier situation reminds me of the one LA/OC kid who was drafted by the Ducks but then asked to be traded to another California team.
And whenever he came to the Pond, the fans would boo him.

  2. Great video! So many question this coming year, but that's always the case when waiting for the young guns to show what they can do. I've said it before but the Ducks will probably still be picking in the top ten come next draft but that doesn't mean we won't see moderate improvement across the board in all areas. At this point I would be happy with pre-season games! C'mon season, start already!

My predictions are we see Zegras get back to form with maybe a career high in points but atill not in the 70's. Carlsson hits 60 points as Does McTavish. Terry takes a step back to more production with a 60 plus point season. Still not in the 70's but one of his better campaigns. Vatrano may have the same point production (or close to it) but his goal output goes down and Gauthier is definitely a Calder candidate with fifty plus points. Go Ducks!

  3. Mason needs to improve his skating. His edgework led him to falling down at least once if not more a game, and usually resulted in him taking a needless penalty with him reaching with the stick instead of skating with his body. Oh, and it's weird that mcgroarty isn't receiving the same backlash.

  4. I'll throw Cronin on the something to prove list now that Brown and Johnson are gone. No excuses anymore.

  5. I cannot wait for January 11th, gonna be repping my ducks jersey, hope i don’t get killed lmao

  6. I think Cutter has the most to prove. I think just by the circumstances of his being on our team elevated the necessity for him to play well. For reasons we can’t know, he rejected an organization and fanbase that was excited for him to join ours.

That said, I really like him. I like his attitude and hope he really shows up this season. He seems like a really exciting player.

  7. I feel like almost everyone on the Ducks has to prove themselves this year if you really think about it, but yeah I’d say that Zegras is the big one. All the backlash he’s received for YEARS, even when he was playing great offensively, and all of the trade rumors that have been coming out nonstop are going to come to a complete head this season, so it’s up to Zegras to respond to all of that adversity. And hopefully in the end, he responds the way we’re all hoping he does and we all believe he can…by putting up the best numbers of his career offensively, being a force defensively, and being a threat physically, all while staying healthy. I love Zegras to death, but this season is gonna tell us what player he really is.

  8. I’m going to put Verbeek as the one who has the most to prove this year. Without a drastic improvement in the team, the chips will fall to him before anyone else. Love the channel! Keep up the great work! Let’s go Ducks!

  9. Thank you for making this video yes a do I agreed with you I hope there a lot of improvement and those players and the rest of the team

  10. I hope cutter wins the Calder. Drysdale was my favorite player and I was devastated when we traded him.

  11. Breakout candidate is Mason Mctavish, dudes looking saucy. As in, has he been tested this offseason? He looks like he could pull the team bus up the Honda center tunnel sideways. Incredible McHulk. Looking like he put in ALL the work and more this offseason. Built like a Dragonball Z character. IMO the Pat Verbeek type is a marble statue of Mason holding a sign saying I promise not to take dumb penalties. McKronk pull the lever!
