The Vancouver Canucks signed Jake DeBrusk in NHL free agency with the intention of potentially playing alongside Elias Pettersson in the top 6. DeBrusk is a talented winger with a lot of potential and the Canucks signed him to a 7 year deal that pays him an average of 5.5 million dollars per year.

Canucks didn't overpay for anyone, they did what they needed to do but I still think they need to trade for a top 4 D
Send a package if you have to make cap space but assuming everyone clicks, this is the only real flaw this team has. 1st goat line and 2 3rd lines on D
Great price for Debrusk, hopefully there's chemistry between him and EP40. I'd like to see Sprong on the RW of those two.

he could surprise but lets calm down their are no assurances he gets many points. Lets just hope he fits with pettersen and does well. Dont get ahead of yourself
Can't be any worse than EP40 having streaks or streakless. Maybe it's all that money weighing him down but hopefully JB 74 Will help him get going if they're on the same line😅
if he gets 70 points this season it won't surprise me one bit. i have been coveting this guy long before his name started coming up with the canucks.
The only problem with Debrusk was that he reminded Bruin fans of that horrific 2015 draft where they passed on Barzal, Boeser, K Conner, and Chabot.
Both wingers should be bangers with some skill to free up EP.
I would love to see Dakota Joshua get a long look with EP and Debrusk.
