The Habs’ defense is going to be one of the best in the NHL in the coming years. With Kaiden Guhle and Arber Xhekaj already in the roster, and prospects like Lane Hutson, David Reinbacher, and Logan Mailloux waiting in the wings, the Canadiens have a core of five solid defensemen poised to have great NHL careers.
And don’t forget about adding Engstrom, Barron, or Konuyshkov to complete their defensive roster. The future is incredibly bright for the Habs. Let’s dive in and talk about each defense player.
My prediction is that the Montreal Canadiens will have the best defensive lineup in three years. I can’t wait to see the Canadiens play this upcoming season!
